Bellissima Prosecco Rosé DOC is a Brut Millesimato Sparkling Wine
made from 90% organic Glera grapes (called Prosecco grapes until
2009) and 10% organic Pinot Nero grapes.
Glera and
Pinot Nero grapes are vinified separately, then assembled before
the secondary fermentation with the “Charmat Method”, which lasts
at least 60 days.
Fine and persistent perlage, fresh on the palate with delicate
floral notes and fruity hints of apple, pear, and raspberry.
Amazing on its own and well paired with appetizers and
light dishes such as grilled vegetables. This Prosecco Rosé is a
true crowd pleaser.
This wine contains ~11 g/L sugar,
making it the sweetest among our Sparkling Wines.
